It is a requirement under the National Regulations that your service has a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) prior to being assessed.  Understanding the principles surrounding the seven quality areas and assuring they have been addressed in your QIP is essential for success in assessment.  Have confidence in your QIP and gain knowledge in:
